no action taken (clean failed) + Event ID 259

Having problems in getting McAfee services started. Services stop by their own in a min. Submitted two files (6645527, 6645539) and got an ED for one of them. On perform a scan using the ED get a below detection with a message no action taken (clean failed)

The file C:\Program Files\Intel\PROSetWired\NCS\PROSet\PRONoMgr.exe contains the Generic.Tra!36f8677350e4 (ED) Trojan. Undetermined clean error, OAS denied access and continued. Detected using Scan engine version 5400.1158 DAT version 6358.0000.

I'm performing a CLS using the ED... Any suggestions ???

Thanks!

Do not delete unless confirmed by the lab to be malicious.
