need help ?

Hi, everyone.

I tried to view the contents of a CD given to me by a friend. My MacAfee Security Centre (MSC) detected a virus W32/Wukill.worm.gen in a folder containing Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7 when I tried to open it.

I manually scanned the file but MSC tells me it cannot be removed. I removed the CD and peformed the scan again and got the same message. I'm not sure at all what to do next. Perhaps, the virus just stayed on the CD and didn't copy itself on the hard drive???
If it did, how can I remove it?

I'm using MSC Version 7.2, Windows XP on Dell computer (it's quite new and hasn't got much on it documents-wise).

Please help!
