Re: hijacked by vehiclebabbles

I checked the site but there was nothing on this particular trojanhorse. I already have this software and it doesn't clean said malware.

Re: hijacked by vehiclebabbles

vehiclebabbles.com is the name of a website to which you will be redirected by one of two Trojans (altho' it might be only Trojan called by 2 names).

See this page from malwarecontrol and also this page. They show you the different AV vendors' detections of this Trojan.

If the Trojan is rimecud it's been known about since before 22 December - see http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_332323.htm

If it's the other one it's been known about since last September - see http://www.mcafee.com/threat-intelligence/malware/default.aspx?id=235465

Either way, McAfee should know how to deal with it. Make sure you have the latest DAT updates, then run a full scan (as per the instructions in #2, using right-click in Safe Mode if you prefer. Then let us know if the problem has been fixed.
