fakealertstinger detected trojans in very high sensitivity mode only - should I take a repair action?

Hi,   I ran the fakealertstinger with very high sensitivity in report only mode as suggested in the fakestinger help. I got a report (attached below) that there are 27 trojans.  If I ran with medium sensitivity then fakealertstinger does not report any trojans.   So I am not sure what action I should take. How to find if the reported trojans are really trojans or its the false positive. I do not want to repair as I am afraid that I'll mess up something. As I am usually carefull (never works in admin account)  PS:  I run VISTA with McAfee Security Center that used to come with comcast internet. security center or windows online scan does not detect any viruses or trojans on my computer.  thanks sun

Hello,

Those detections in your log are false/positive`s and are nothing to worry about, they are legitimate files.
