Upon a successful submission, you should receive a Confirmation from McAfee labs. Associated with it will be an Analysis ID #. Should the case be after 4-5 business days ( Consider the Holidays) your issue has not been addressed.

Note the file is probably in the quarantine folder (navigation /quarantine and trusted items) and you will need to restore it and disable real time scanning prior to zipping and emailing. Note re-enable real time scanning after you emailed it.
