Hi Catdaddy,
thank you very much for your support. 🙂 It would be great if the GamTeam could take time to look at the files.
Hi Catdaddy, the file I submitted is now on the whitelist! Thank you again for the support. But now 2 new files are "False Positive"
I submitted the files again like McAfee Document ID: TS102053 describes.
Can you maybe forward it to the McAfee GamTeam?
Our game is now live on few portals but and the customers of McAfee have problems.
Thank you
You are quite welcome. So you are saying that your initial Issue/Detection has indeed been cleared? However , you have (2) additional Detections now you just submitted. If this is the case, it would be best to consider this thread answered, and close it out.
After allowing the appropriate time to be Analyzed/Processed, you can post back and create another thread by providing the Detections/Analysis ID # 's as you previously have done. Then I can escalate the issue on your behalf, if the need arises.
All the very best,
CD
Hi Catdaddy,
okay thank you. Yes, the initial Detection has benn cleared. I'll now wait two days and if nessesery I'll open a new thread.
Cheers
It is my understanding that you personally do not subscribe to a 'Corporate' Product. In that case, there are different methods of communications to use, in order to resolve your issue. Keep checking back as I just sent off an email to one whom can Guide/Assist you in order to come to a resolution.
Good Luck,
Cliff/CD

Hi,
is this a new form, i have not seen it before.

I assume you are asking me? No it's been around for a while. We were told that software developers should use that form.
If the OP isn't the software developer but only a user of it then the KB article you refer to would apply.
