What is Artemis!01B8DA3051F0 ?

Hello, can someone please help me understand when some file is marked as Artemis!01B8DA3051F0?

Here is a VirusTotal report of file I downloaded for my use. Can you tell why this has been marked as Artemis!01B8DA3051F0 ?

If you see a detection named "Artemis!*", it means that this file was already analysed by McAfee who find a malicious behavior of that executable. Some times they detect some legit apps like third party administration tools, kits or scripts.

The numbers and letters after "Artemis!" are the firts 12 characters part of the MD5 hash which gives an unique identifier of Artemis detections. These detections are synchronized with the McAfee GTI server to keep a reputation reference entry for quicker response of similar threats once detected.

In case above information was useful or answered your question, please select "Accept as Solution" in my reply, or give a Kudo. Thanks!
