Virus keeps users from accessing major search engines

I am an IT Service Tech for a large company. Lately I have been receiving calls from users who have been infected by a virus which makes it so they cannot access certain websites such as google or bing etc... McAfee seems to be sucessfully removing these infections; however, the users still cannot access websites. I have checked the hosts files and it is ok. I saw a few people on the forum were using GetSusp to generate logs for their scans. I'm hoping someone can take a look at the log I generated from one of the infected computers and tell me if anything looks like it migh like it might be the cause of the issue.
