Unable to activate

Have removed all previous versions(using McAfee tools), deactivated all licenses and reinstalled. Following installation unable to activate product whilst using 3G dongle, currently no wired broadband available.

What product are you trying to activate and what operating system and service pack are you using?

It would also help to know where you are in the world.
