Trojan cannot be removed

I just encountered a similar situation - the same info is reported in my detection log. My problem file is identified as C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM31\ANTIWPA.DLL. Since the original post for this problem is a few months old I wanted to confirm whether I should try the solution posted by ciclope on 08/24/2007.
