I´m the admin of email server that is current listed as "high risk" email reputation and i can send emails to servers using mcafee products. This is a false-positive and i want to know how i can proceed to have my server removed from that list.

OK I moved your other thread to Business > Email and Web Security > Email Security (formerly GroupShield) as a more appropriate spot and they should deal with your question there.

I'm also not sure if you are an admin of a McAfee product blocking some sending email server due to bad reputation, or you are the admin of one such bad reputation server. It is the admin of the McAfee product who can turn off reputation filtering for a given sending email server or domain (please see specifics in the help of that particular McAfeeproduct).
