T3 inbound call never came - how to contact?

Hello:

Does anyone (mod?) have a number to T3?

I was supposed to get an inbound call 2 hours ago from the virus removal team to assist with possible malware problem, but no one has called.

This is the 1st time in 2 weeks of contact that a scheduled call did not happen, and it's getting late (this will be my 3rd consecutive "all-nighter").

The only way I found on the company site requires providing a CC # for a $90 charge.

Sorry didn't see this until now.  You can always contact Technical Support Chat and tell them to things moving for you.  Just give them the case ID #.

Darn, you burst my bubble!

~10 minutes after I posted this last night, the call came in.

I thought perhaps you or someone else had silently "put a man on it".

Now I know it was likely just a coincidence.

T3 tech didn't solve anything, but he collected enough info he needed to research it.  Expect return call tonight.

There's nothing I can do from home.  I go throught the same channels as anyone else.   Anyway, glad it worked finally.
