Sorry to take so long to respond but this one doesn't seem to have a reliable single removal tool.
I think your best bet is to download, update and run a full scan using the FREE version of THIS tool. Let it remove anything it finds and reboot immediately if asked to, in oirder to remove whatever this is.
This can all be done in 'Safe Mode with Networking' reached by tapping F8 repeatedly while booting up, if regular mode isn't working properly.
If that fails post back, but please give more information such as your computer's operating system and service pack.
That worked, thanks. Although when I run a search from my serarch providers and select of the the results the web browser sometimes redirects to another site.
As a precaustion get an independent specialist's opinion.
