Please Help: JS/Joke-Shake Cannot be removed

McAfee found JS/Joke-Shake on our laptop but can't quarantine or delete it.  I have tried in Safe Mode as well.  What should I do?  And what does JS/Joke-Shake do?  What is its threat level?

If McAfee can't remove it, at which I'm surprised, try the FREE version of THIS software.  Update it before running.

Are there any unusual popups from McAfee telling you anything or from the malware itself?

Thank you very much. 

I deviated slightly...  I installed, updated and ran CCleaner first.  Then I installed, updated, and ran the free version of Malwarebytes.  Then I re-ran the McAfee Full Scan.  Looks clean; no more JS/Joke-Shake.  Thank you again.
