OK my PC has a trojan that I cannot get rid of atm... It's the Google re-direct (clicking on Google links takes you to bogus webpages). Neither McAfee full scan or Malwarebytes can find and delete it. I've had it for about a month.
So I've been transferring MP3 files from my PC to my PS3 (via thumb drive) and now I'm paranoid that I'm "transferred" the virus/trojan to the PS3???
Is this even possible?

Apparently it's possible, but unlikely as none have been written for PS3...... yet.
99.999% are written for Windows and the remainder for MAC and the reason for that is because Windows is by far the most prevalent and widely used system, MAC a distant second and the rest aren't worth bothering with I guess.
Regarding your persistent Google Redirect problem it might be a good idea to download Hijackthis and post its log on one of the following forums for expert advice.
Do not post Hijackthis logs here, we can't help with those!
