Our website causes Heuristic.BehavesLike.JS.Suspicious.A in MXLogic

Jump to solution

One of our clients is using mcAfeee MXLogic.

When they hit our website (freeerisa.benefitspro.com) they get the following error:

Malicious code: "MGW: Heuristic.BehavesLike.JS.Suspicious.A has been detected in content originating from http://freeerisa.benefitspro.com/login.aspx.

Do you know what might be causing this, and what we can do on our end to get rid of this warning?

Hi

We received further information from team is that

The URL [http://freeerisa.benefitspro.com/5500/results.aspx and http://freeerisa.benefitspro.com/default.aspx]submitted were not blocked by MGW version 6 and 7.

Going further these sites are manually whitelisted

KPlease rescan the files, and if issue still persists we recommend you to whitelist the URL at your end in Proactive Scanner
