My browser gets directed to http://www.fidonav.com/ .
Against my well it has become the homepage.
Despite removing its URL from the browser properties or replacing it, it just comes back.
Does any one have a solution for this?

Thanks to you I did reset my browser and did get rid of this redirection to "fidonav.com".
I did not go to the steps of downloading any malware removal apps or programs.
I did use the McAfee online virus removal software, though. My computer was clean!

Now I find out that my browser was hijacked.
Should n't McAfee do something about it?
For total protection?!
Sometimes this hard as the user has ticked a box so some not so bad software get installed. One always has to watch what is installed and AVs are never100% coverage.. How you got hijacked I am not familiar with but the link I gave should have fixed you. Did it?
I am usually critical about downloading and installing any software from the internet. Only the well known sites and only if it is a necessity are my sources of softwares.
That is why, I felt troubled with this not easily resolved redirection of my browser.
Thanks again for your responses.
Glad something I said helped
