Malware/Adware redirecting from home page

I am not sure that this is the correct forum for the following issue. If it isn;'t would someone please diresct me to the appropraite place to post?

I have Security Center Version 9.15

Every time that I try to open up my mail acount I am automatically redirected to a Google error message. The lycos mail page opens for a second then automatically re-directs. If hit stop the minute the lycos page loads, I can open my mail folder. I am at a loss on how to fix this. Any suggesstions? Here is the error that it gives me:

Sorry, we couldn't find url removed for safety reasons.

What do I do? I can't make it go away!!!

Thread moved to the correct spot. Try scanning your machine with the free version of these two tools. Update them before running. Let them remove anything they find and reboot if asked.
