Internet Speed tracker - possible malware??

McAfee has detected two files on my laptop, 9TBAR.DLL and CREXTP9T.DLL as possible malware, and they are located in the Internet Speed tracker program files. However McAfee seems unable to remove or repair them.

Are they malware and can I remove them manually?

Thanks
