If I may,I recommend you running McAfee Getsusp, Followed up by Malwarebytes ( Free) Version, and then Adwcleaner.
I would follow Selvan,s suggestion as well,for he is a McAfee Technician Tier 2.5. I still recommend running those Tools I listed, to make certain your Browser has not been "Hi-Jacked"
Did you try resetting Internet Explorer - it should work in all cases. Open IE > Click Settings icon at top right > Select Internet Options > Advanced tab > Click "Restore default settings" and "Reset".
Restart the machine and see if issue persists..!
