I turn on my computer, but cannot open windows.

I received helpful information from Neha. Thank you!  But I still do not know how to enter Windows to conduct the scan and clean. What am I doing wrong?

There are a number of ways you can find virus-related information on the AVERT web-site:

Here you can find the Virus Glossary, Anti-Virus Tips, AVERT FAQs, instructions for submitting a sample, AVERT Tools page and instructions for subscribing to our "AVERT Virus News" service.

It is best in this case to submit the file in question to <http://www.webimmune.net> for analysis.

In order for us to research a question about a specific virus that cannot be detected by our current engine and dat files, please send us a sample of the suspiciously behaving file in a password-protected ZIP file (password - infected).

If you have a system where you can do a test scan, you may first wish to try our beta DailyDATs to get the latest detection available.
