I have a trojan virus McAfee Virus Scan does not detect

I have a trojan virus that McAfee does not detect. I've updated my Security Suite and run a full Virus Scan twice, and it finds nothing. I think what I have is called a sinowal trojan. When I try to log in to Ebay or certain financial websites, I am redirected to a page asking for a lot of personal information. Is there anyway to get help from McAfee for this virus? Can't they update their virus protection to address it?

I'm running Windows XP.

We're happy to update our signatures, as we do it everyday, however, we need to know what you have, so we can write detection/cleaning for it.

So, we need to get samples from your system.  Let's try the easiest method first, "GetSusp" it's a tool that will run though the files on your system, looking for possibly infected files.

I will PM it over to you shortly.
