If you can't find any information on "PUP-FNQ" that's perhaps not surprising. There is though an entry in the McAfee database for "PUP-FHQ" and many support sites have advice about removing this Potentially Unwanted Program.
The McAfee database was updated with removal instructions for PUP-FHQ a month ago so it's probably the same one as is being reported here. See PUP-FHQ!7B658F9AE8B3 | Threat Profile & Definition | McAfee Inc.
If this is the same then it's the one Kaspersky knows as "Trojan.Win32.AntiFW.b". There are at least 4 recent VirusTotal reports which have that detection, and they are all installers - 3 of them for BlueOcean. If you have downloaded anything recently from Softonic, Brothersoft or CNET this probably came with it.
There's a removal guide for Trojan.Win32.AntiFW.b at Malwaretips -
