I don't know if I'm doing this right. My question is that I did a scan and found a trojan that was quaranteed. The security center help screen told me to select the file and click REMOVE. I can't find a remove button anywhere. What do I do?

You don't state what version of SecurityCenter you have so I will have to explain the old one and the new one.
Double-click (or right-click) the taskbar icon to open SecurityCenter.
If you have a square taskbar icon .. (2009 version)
Click Advanced Menu (bottom left)
Click Restore (left)
Click Files (right)
Highlight whatever files you want to action on the right and the Remove button should appear.
If you have a shield-shaped taskbar icon .. (2010 version)
Click Navigation (top right)
Click Quarantined & Trusted Items in the menu below
You can then remove the items in the subsequent window.Message was edited by: Ex_Brit on 17/04/10 4:49:56 EDT PM
