I can't delete a Trojan

So just today McAfee detected a Trojan virus during a scheduled scan. It can't quarantine it or delete it. When I look at the Detection Log it says under Status "Cannot be removed". I looked at the folder the Trojan is located in and I tried to delete it manually but it says "Destination Folder Access Denied". I click "Try Again" and the same thing pops up over and over again. And, here I am. Here are the details:

Detection name: Artemis!41EC3DFD9922 (Trojan), Artemis!41EC3DFD9922 (Trojan)
File: C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\AKAMAI\RSWIN_3553.DLL

Sorry if this is the wrong section for this. I just really need some help here.

You're in the right section. Check this sticky regarding Artemis and other possibly false detections and how to deal with them: http://community.mcafee.com/showthread.php?t=233662
