How to submit infected samples greater than 10 MBs?

Hello,

we have an installation kit of a software in which VirusScan detects W32\Kolab.gen in many of the files therein. According to the provider of the software this is a false alarm. If we submit one file from these kit will that be enough to suppress the alert for all the other files (provided it is clean)?

Otherwise we would need a means to submit samples greater than 10 MB a limit that currently is imposed on samples submitted through service portal.

Please advise.

Call McAfee and they will provide you with FTP so you should be able to upload the files

or you could sumbit second case with the rest of the files
