It might be a good idea to disable System Restore as things trapped inside those folders will then be deleted.

Only Malwarebytes will run in Safe Mode, so regular mode for both and only Safe Mode for MBAM if desperate.

Hi,
I turned off System Restore and ran both programs 3 times each. They both came up with nothing. My browser is still being redirected, and at different times of the day my computer will slow down when I'm only using one program.
I downloaded HijackThis as directed and ran it and saved the logs. Do you want me to go to one of the other forums now?

Yes those forums specialize in HJT logs. Pick which one you want.
