Typically, nothing further is required, once you have a detection.  Meaning, most of the time, cleaning/removal goes hand in hand with detection.  In this case, the file is AutoKMS, a tool used to manipulate the activation of Microsoft Products.  You should simply delete any files related, and you should be good to go.

We will keep detection in place.

(Note)  In order to obtain a successful submission, please zip and password protect using the password  infected  .

             When submitted properly ,you should receive a confirmation from McAfee Labs with a Analysis ID #.
