I should have been more detailed. I can not download anything on this computer due to the virus. It was found when I attempted to download McAfee product and it is not being saved to my computer.

If you are able to go online , please refer this document , and I would suggest Step 4 would be the best option as you are unable to download any scan files to the computer.
