I am using McAfee Total Protection: McAfee Securiy Center Version: 13.6, McAfee Antivirus Engine version 1941.0.
I have ran the McAfee Stinger Scan and it Found 1 possibly infected source, C:\Users\Diana\AppData\Local Low\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache and it was, I thought removed. But when I got back on my computer here came pop-up, after pop-up, then all types of ads and it is getting worst. I have checked my PC for anything that looks like it is a part of this "Ads By Supra Savings" and deleted it. Now I hope you can help me. But can you tell me why McAfee Total Protection let this happen any way? Then when I ran the Stinger Scan and they told me it was removed but it was still there or it came back. Yes, it had to have came back, cause I could not complete a download installation from McAfee untl it was removed. So for sure it did come back. I need help so bad, these ads are a migraine. Please can someone help me get rid of these ads, and pop-ups?
If you need any more information just let me know. Thank you so much,
email removed for security...mod

The removal guide that fellow Moderator-Peacekeeper suggested should suffice.
Edited; Kindly Disregard my prior statements and simply use the Removal Guide Peacekeeper suggested. After further research, the other basically uses the same tools. Please remember to Download/Install the Malwarebytes (Free) Version only.
As Tony asked, please post back your results
Wishing you all the very best,

Howdy, I just ran into this problem on my wife's pc.Go to where you got Stinger and dnld Getsusp. Make sure you save it. then open and run it. When it is done it will have a list. under programs click on each one at a time it will find the program. If the program has an uninstall.exe, usually the last listed at the bottom, double click it. Go to next item on the list click on it when the file is found Delete it. I researched this for day's and One AntiVirus of 54 found it ! AVAST thats it ! Then empty your recycle bin. Cold Boot you pc. Run your AntiVirus, I use Ccleaner to clean files and Registry it is free. Then Smart Defrag to put your files back in place to speed up your pc this is also free, just don't DNLD any extras when you do. This was a must because my wife uses her pc to work from home ! Good Luck and Gods Speed !
The OP has McAfee and it's unwise to use a second antivirus as that could actually open the computer up to infection. The tools already suggested will be sufficient if used properly.
I stated a fact that no antivirus or malwale program DETECTS this SUPRA SAVINGS as of the date I repaired my wif's pc, except #### I of 54 TESTED. I did not say to use it.
Sorry for the delay, Just trying to solve a problem I have gone through on my time, not all people understand TECT talk.
If the link in Peacekeeper's post above doesn't work then it is more than Supra Savings that's wrong. I suggest you use the Hijackthis suggestions near the bottom of the last link in my signature below/
One of the malware specialist forums will help you.
I'm inclined to agree with you on that there maybe more involved. During my research of Supra Savings was stated to open up your pc to Hijackers. I also found while working to remove it that it was always one step behind me.What I did worked on my Wife's pc but I took over before it went too far. Yes try Hijacker Tools.
