Hidden-Process.a (Trojan)

Just today I noticed that a Mar 22 scan resulted in McAfee discovering this item: Hidden-Process.a (Trojan). I am thinking it is or has something to do with a virus but I am not sure what to do about it, if anything since I found the info in the Detection Log. The info is as follows.

Reported by: Scheduled Scan

Detection Name: Hidden-Process.a (Trojan)

Status: Removed

In the details section,

One or more items were detected on your machine.

Detection Name: Hidden-Process.a (Trojan)

File: Memory/Hidden-Process

My system is Win XP SP3. Should I be doing anything with this and what is this really and how bad is it?
