Help on shutdown virus

One of my computers has a virus that shuts it down. I have run stinger and a regular scan in safe mode and it finds nothing.
What can I do?

RE: Help on shutdown virus

Try running the following tools, the free versions are fine:

http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Let them remove anything they find. If any problems boot to "Safe Mode With Networking" by tapping F8 while booting up. There you can download them as it gives you internet access while in Safe Mode.

Although Superantispyware wont run in Safe Mode, Malwarebytes will so, after updating it, run it.

Thanks.

I'll try those.
