Flash Player is notorious for leaving vulnerable versions on the system so download the Flash un-installer:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157 <== run uninstall_flash_player.exe with all browser windows closed

Run Secunia Online Software Inspector to see what other applications are vulnerable:
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/online

Malwarebytes MBAM is a good addition with any anti virus application:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Download it then install it then get the latest definitions through its Update function then run a Quick scan then let it remove everything it finds and a reboot may be required to remove locked files.
