Got a BOT on my computer and can't remove

My internet provider discontinued my service stating I had a virus on my computer and had to take care of it. They said it was a BOTS virus but I'm learning that it isn't a virus but software unwantingly put on my computer. They're letting my temporarily have service to handle it. I'm not very computer literate and need help.

Please download and use the McAfee Stinger Tool on the machine and follow the instructions on the site HERE

Once you have set the settings and the scan is complete, click on "File" (top left) and select "Save report file"

Please upload the log file results here.
