The best way of dealing with this situation is to submit the samples to McAfee for analysis, so that they could probably provide you with a negative extra DAT which resolves your issue. You may follow the instructions from the KB68030 for information on how to submit samples to McAfee Labs.
This happened in our environment numerous times so we had to deal this situation with the McAfee Labs.
