Once again I received correspondence, could you please confirm that your (Latest) submission is 'Suppressed')?
We have suppressed the detection and the files should no longer detect.
We have a one more question What can we do to avoid such situations in the future? Can you add us to your whitelist or should we fulfill some rules to be "clean software"? We're open to implement changes in our soft.

If GetClean does not work and you are still seeing detections - we might have to write a generic driver. Please try Getclean and see how that works first.
