Strange? Yes please do, and I will apprise DesertGal .  I do know that on certain occasions it takes some time for the 'Suppression' to reflect as such.

Once again I received correspondence, could you please confirm that your (Latest) submission is 'Suppressed')?

We have a one more question What can we do to avoid such situations in the future? Can you add us to your whitelist or should we fulfill some rules to be "clean software"? We're open to implement changes in our soft.

To avoid such situations in the future, we suggest using our GetClean software - here is a document on GetClean

If GetClean does not work and you are still seeing detections - we might have to write a generic driver. Please try Getclean and see how that works first.
