False Positive file more then 10MB

Hello to all!

How can I send a submission file larger than 10 MB to McAfee Labs?

I cannot find answer at all

                 I assume that this is related to a 'False Artemis!' detection? In addition are you using a Consumer\or Corporate product?

False Artemis! - Yes

I have not a license of McAfee. I always to test our product here VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner .

the new promo version has warnings

We have experienced in certain instances this issue. I will contact someone internally on your behalf from McAfee Labs, and request the most effective way to submit\proceed.

I have escalated your issue to a McAfee Labs Technician. Your 'Escalation Ticket #' is Ticket #: AM000690 - False Artemis! (Spanish Consumer Support).

In certain cases the McAfee Labs Engineer will post in the thread\or will apprise me of what has been done on your behalf. In any case should it be the latter, I will keep you informed

Due to the Large volume on a daily basis, protocol is generally 3-4 days it takes to hear back anything.

Hopefully we will hear something in short order, as you are having problems submitting.
