McAfee Security is incorrectly classifying our product, Stardog Studio, as a virus, and quarantining it as a threat (apparently identifying the virus as "Real Protect-EC!DEB4BEA88807"?). The quarantine is triggered when we run our installer, linked below. Please help us to resolve this issue.
The installer file is here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/studio.stardog.com/win/Stardog+Studio-latest+Installer.exe
Because the file is larger than 10MB, I can't submit it as a sample directly to support. However, here is the VirusTotal scan showing that it is clean: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/9f413889d6944352f020391bda649f12cdf57834c32fba011dded5637af01a69/...
Thank you.
How can we get this addressed?

Hi
I have the same problem, when I generate an * .exe file of any application with Embarcadero C ++ Bulider 10.2.3, the message "Unable to create process: Access Denied" is shown because the McAfee TotalProtection product detects a Real Protect threat -LSI12895DA2AB921.
Reagards
having a similar issue when performed a Print certificate task on CyberMetrics - GAGEtrak
Threat Type: Real Protect-EC!FB3BACDCA2D5
what is the resolution here and how can we prevent this from happening
Hi @AbdullahAlkaf,
Thank you for your post. For False Positives, we would recommend creating a Malware Support request with sample submitted along with the same and the Scan logs.

I sincerely hope this helps.
