Many of our customers are reporting false positives with one of our dll files (Artemis!BDF3759CDD65). This is a very important matter and we very concerned about this false positive. I have reported this to firstname.lastname@example.org but would like to know what other steps could be taken to speed up this process?

VirusTotal.com is still reporting that McAfee and McAfee-GW-Edition are detecting our file as a false positive:
