False Positive Artemis!6BD24A9885DE

Hi,

I have tried several times to get our software white-listed with macafee so our customers that use macafee can properly install our program, this was almost a month ago now and I have received no update. I emailed the samples in and the IDs I have are as follows:

Analysis ID: 7335340

Analysis ID: 7335339

We would like to have this resolved soon as we are constantly receiving calls from people trying to update our software and macafee is preventing them from doing so.

Hi,

We have suppressed detection on both the files. Kindly allow up to 2 hours for this update to reflect in GTI system (production).

Is posting in these discussion boards the proper procedure to complete a white-list? we have to white-list every update we release due to our protection software.
