This is regarding the false detection of System-Care by McAfee Antivirus.

System Care is a genuine software for windows that optimize windows PC for better performance. This software does not contains adware, installs toolbars, hijack browsers or has other unclear objectives. It is not involved in any kind of malicious activities. The website of System-Care is McAfee Secure Certified Site www.globalpcworks.com

I have submitted this file to McAfee Labs but didn't get any response yet.

I will give it 1 more business day, as we generally allow 3-4 business days for them to Analyze/Process (Followed Protocol) before escalating. When exactly did you submit your 'Detection, may I ask? By it being a 'McAfee Secure Site should go towards your favour in getting it Suppresed/WhiteListed.

If still not cleared by tomorrow, I will contact them internally again on your behalf. We Mods work very closely with the Engineers from the Labs. Thank you for your patience.

The sample has been suppressed and marked clean. You will see an update in the system within 2 hours.
