I forgot to add, Due to the large volume of Detections on a daily basis ( 150,000 plus ) Please allow 4-5 business days to be Analyzed/Processed. If after that period of time your issue is not resolved. Please post the Analysis ID # you should receive after confirmation from McAfee.
At that time we can contact a Technician/Engineer from McAfee Labs, and quite possibly expedite the process.
I haven't heard anything back from when I submitted the sample to be analyzed, but we haven't seen the same Artemis detection since back in December.
