I just received this correspondence from the Labs;

Hi Cliff,

The file has been analysed and the GTI detection suppressed.

Regards,

Nick

Could you kindly confirm that your detections are indeed suppressed?

Thank you,

Cliff/CD

Did you Zip it/Password protect it using the word    infected    as the Instructions stated, then submit it for evaluation?

If  you submitted it successfully, you should have received an Analysis ID# back from the labs. Is this the case? For after 3-4 days if not resolved. I can take that Analysis ID# and escalate it on your behalf to McAfee Labs.

I guess not. Everytime I try to right click the file after restoring it mcafee keeps quarantining it even though I have FIREWALL turnned OFF. When I click restore it appears on my desktop to then go right back to quarantine. Any advise?

Temporarily (Disbable) your Realtime Scanning, then re-enable after sending.

Please let me know if you are successful as it is getting late here my time.

In addition please turn your Firewall back on.
