Is this on a consumer or enterprise product?
Check via www.virustotal.com if the other detection programs find anything in the file(s). Probably the file is in quarantine area so you may need to release it to copy it to the site.

You can if you feel it is a false detection send the file to Mcafee as per
You need to zip the file and password protect it (password is infected) and send it to the site mentioned. If the submission worked you will get an analysis id number and if not fixed in 3 days post that here and we will escalate the issue.
