A component file of our MyCleanPC software has been falsely detected as an Artemis by McAfee, but we can't submit the file via email because it is over 10mb.
The VirusTotal detection says

Post the .virustotal MD5 Hash string it gives or a link to the scan results and I will escalate it. I assume it is over 10Mb after zipped?

I have been given Ticket #: AM001033 - False positive file greater than 10mb
Usually can be 1 day or 5 depends on current work load and My info says 1 of the main players is on leave.
Post again in 48 hrs if no action and I will contact them I cannot stir them too much.

No the number is for my use to correspond with them. The access we have is via a private channel that bypasses normal access and goes straight to the coal face.
