False Artemis!CD95196645EF

I have no idea who it was who posted it, but some board glitch deleted the thread as I responded to it.   I'm hoping that the email notification of my response went out intact.

Re: False Artemis!CD95196645EF

OK so sorry about that.   I've altered the headers here to match (hopefully) the original.

My response said something along the lines of, as it is an Artemis detection, the labs already have it, but if you wish to chase it up you could do two things:

1.  Email the labs with the header False Artemis!CD95196645EF or...

2.  Temporarily turn off real-time protection and restore the file from quarantine and then submit using the GetSusp tool, which hopefully your ISP wont block.

For info on that see here:  https://community.mcafee.com/thread/2016 or here:  http://www.mcafee.com/us/threat-center/resources/how-to-submit-sample.aspx

Re: False Artemis!CD95196645EF

I forgot to mention that people from the labs do patrol here from time to time, but I can't guarantee that of course.
