Usually with the path I suggested if no solution in 4 days we can escalate the issue and get a resolution faster.
That link appears to be for the developers of the software. We don't develop this software, just use it.
Still no response to the ticket logged via the service portal as per https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB68030
we are using Virus Scan Enterprise 8.8 and have a support agreement in place.
