This alert keeps kicking our software 'bns.exe' to the Quarantine and not allowing us to put on the safe list. Therefore not allowing us to have Mcafee running with 'real time scanning' on.
Please follow these Guidelines/Instructions
I highly recommend not disabling your On Access Scanner. Please allow 4-5 business days to Analyze/Process. If not resolved by then, kindly post back your Analysis ID # you should have received from your submittal. We can then contact a McAfee Labs Technician/Engineer and quite possibly expedite the process.
You can also upload the File/Program to www.virustotal.com and see what other Anti Virus engines determine it to be.
