If you did not get an analysis id you
1 Did not zip the file as a zip file and password protect it with password "infected" (no quotes)
2. the file is larger than 10Mb.
Please recheck you should get a reply within 5 minutes if it is done correctly.
If not we need to look into why not
This has yet to be resolved. Going on two weeks and I have yet to hear back from McAfee. In the meantime, we had to set the Artemis sensitivity level to a lower setting. We would like to set it back to the original sensitivity level but this is yet to be resolved.
If you have not received a confirmation back from McAfee Labs, with a Analysis ID # , then it may be that your submission was not successful. Please follow the instructions in which Colleague Peacekeeper stated in post #1. In addition Submit a Virus or Malware Sample | McAfee Labs these instructions should assist you.
Also even though this is for Consumer submissions, you may find it informative as well.
Please confirm that your issue has been resolved, I took the Liberty to mark David's reply as 'Correctly Answered' as he is from McAfee Labs.
