We have some false positive on VirusTotal with our messenger and its whitelabels
I already sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and use Detection Dispute Submission form without an answer
Could you help me to fix that false positive ?

If you emailed them you will get an immediate reply if it is done correctly ie password protect the zip file with password of infected
You should get a analysis id number if you do post it here and if no reply/fix in 4 days we can escalate it
If you still having an issue how big is the file as 10Mb maximum for submission so if bigger I have a way to submit it direct to the labs
The file has been reviewed and confirmed to be non-malicious. The GTI File Reputation detection should no longer occur
